We need our employees to listen and respond, without the entitlement demeanor or indifference. Since the employee has done something to warrant their dismissal, there is not much need to make the employee feel better about their circumstances. Remind her of the dates for the exit interview and separation contract when you're offering these. Since this is just a sample separation notification, you must change it for your small company circumstances. o How an employee files and receives compensation.
